Last updated: September 3, 2026

HighSpeed Connect ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is an authorized dealer for internet service providers. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights and choices you have. It applies to information collected through our website and through lead forms we run on advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Customer leads: when you submit a "Get Connected" request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, preferred provider (if any), and any notes you provide.
  • Rep applications: when you apply to join our sales team, we collect your name, email, phone, city, state, sales experience, availability, and your reason for applying.
  • Other communications: any information you include when you email, call, or message us.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the pages or ads that referred you to our site.
  • Information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and other ad-platform tracking tools described in Section 4.

2. How we use your information

  • To contact you about internet service plans, availability, and pricing at your address, including by phone, email, and text/SMS (which may be auto-dialed).
  • To process, evaluate, and respond to rep applications and recruitment.
  • To fulfill service orders and coordinate installations with the provider you choose.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • To measure, analyze, and improve our marketing and advertising, including by understanding which ads lead to inquiries and optimizing future campaigns.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.

3. Legal basis for processing

Where required by law, we process your personal information on the following bases:

  • Consent: when you submit a form, check a consent box, or otherwise agree to be contacted.
  • Contractual necessity: to take steps before entering into a service relationship and to fulfill your requests.
  • Legitimate interests: to operate and improve our business, services, and marketing, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Advertising platforms, Meta, and the Meta Pixel

We use advertising and analytics partners, including Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), to run and measure our marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta products. When you interact with our ads or website, the following may occur:

  • We use the Meta Pixel and other tracking technologies on our site to understand ad performance and to show you relevant ads.
  • When you submit a lead form through a Meta Lead Ad, the information you provide in that form (such as your name, email, and phone) may be shared with us and may also be processed by Meta in accordance with Meta's own policies.
  • We may use the information we receive to create Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences and to measure ad performance (for example, to know whether an ad led you to contact us).
  • Meta and similar platforms may also receive information from your device or account to help measure and improve ad delivery. This is governed by the platform's own terms and privacy policy.

You can learn more about how Meta uses data and manage your ad preferences through Meta's settings. We do not control Meta's use of data once it is shared with them under their policies.

5. How we share your information

We may share your information with:

  • Internet service providers: the provider(s) necessary to check availability, place an order, or complete an installation on your behalf.
  • Service providers and vendors: companies that help us operate, such as hosting, analytics, CRM, and marketing platforms (including Meta and other ad networks).
  • Business partners: in connection with partnerships, programs, or services you request.
  • Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. Sharing for advertising measurement and audience building (as described in Section 4) is done with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and serve and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling them may affect site functionality. You can also opt out of targeted advertising through the settings provided by the relevant platform (for example, Meta ad preferences).

7. Data retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to complete any active service relationship, to meet legal or record-keeping obligations, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time (reply "stop" to a text, click unsubscribe in an email, or contact us).
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable under state law.
  • Withdraw consent for processing that relies on your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
