Terms of Use

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HighSpeed Connect website and any forms, lead submissions, or communications associated with it (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About us

HighSpeed Connect ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is an authorized dealer for internet service providers. We help connect customers with available internet service options and we recruit door-to-door sales representatives. We are not the internet service provider itself; service availability, pricing, and terms are ultimately set by the applicable provider.

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Services. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited communications or advertising.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, systems, or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers and networks hosting them.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content without permission.

3. Lead submissions and consent

When you submit a "Get Connected" request or other lead form, you authorize us to contact you about internet service options, including by phone, email, and text/SMS (which may be auto-dialed) at the number and email you provide. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. You are not required to provide consent or submit a lead as a condition of purchasing any service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used and how you can opt out.

4. Third-party providers and no warranty

We work with third-party internet service providers and other partners. We do not control and are not responsible for their products, services, pricing, availability, performance, or terms. Service availability varies by address and is subject to the provider's own credit checks, installation requirements, and agreements. We provide information and facilitation on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any plan or provider information shown.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to HighSpeed Connect and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Provider names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify those providers.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HighSpeed Connect and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HighSpeed Connect and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

8. Links to third-party sites

The Services may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site and provide links only for convenience.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HighSpeed Connect operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at (850) 776-4127 or legal@highspeedconnect.com.
